Product: HP officejet pro 6970
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

When printing in colours, I have all new cartridges installed, I'm in the instant ink program, colours like red does not come out, 

and many pages does not print colours as seen on the screen... have I missed out on something in settings?
