Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
Hello, I have just performed a firmware update to my M102w LaserJet Pro, according to the progress bar on the update application, the update completed, with a yellow smiley face at the end, however the printer no longer functions, the green attention light and the wifi lights are permanently illuminated. My Mac no longer recognises it when the USB lead is connected, my router does not recognise the device on wifi either. Even I've try on a MacBook but it is the same. How do I recover from this ?
