HP Recommended
Product: Deskjet 3630
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer won't print, there is a flashing icon depicting an envelope and a teardrop - I checked my instant ink account and it tells me to connect my printer...I am in a circle of pain, because I cannot troubleshoot to connect the printer until I work out what the flashing icon is.  If it's the message to say connect so that instant ink can continue, then I'm never going to get it resolved.
