Product: HP Envy photo 6200 all in one series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hi all,

got a new printer ENVY 6200 all in one series  but the system cannot read it even though it's sitting next to the wifi. everything seems to be correct with the printer but it's not being found when the system scans for it. need help getting it connected or suggestions on what to do

 

also there appears to be nobody at the helm at hp customer service so venting too because can't seem to be able to find anything at all... OR if somebody here can give advise or how to contact them not finding the software cd's their instructions say to order from help
