Product: laserjet p4015x
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

 

I cannot get the printer to connect to the network by plugging ethernet cable onto it . i checked and the same cable works on a laptop . The configuration page shows ipv4 address as 1.1.1.1. My laptop also shares the same network and while adding device the printer isn't listed. It is to used in an office by the computers sharing same network. And I am a noob in these things. any help would be greatly appreciated , thank you. Also, are there any other ways to set it up for the whole network to use
