My printer wont print papers when i need it, it takes about an hour of me doing a bunch of stuff to finally print. There's a ! right next to the 0 ( amount of prints) and there's always an image of a mail card sweating. Mi i Button has a orange light always shining and no matter what i do it wont turn off. I've tried downloading that doctor thing from the HP website to help me resolve the problem from my phone or computer but for some weird reason it never detects my printer. My printer also wont connect to my computer only through the app( which i hate bc i have to do a bunch of things to finally print something) my printer wont show up when searching for it on Bluetooth(even when its on and the wireless button is on too/trying to connect)

I just want to do a factory reset because no matter what i do it wont resolve and i feel its the only solution to my printer problems.
