Product: hp pagewide pro mfp 477 dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print some checks from Quickbooks using a Pagewide Pro MFP 477DW but they will not print.  It keeps saying I have the wrong paper type.  I have changed the paper types several times but apparently I still have not figured what type of paper type I am supposed to be putting in.  Any help??
