Well i gues i a should have read the reviews first about how bad this printer is but i bought it thinking hp's name meant a quality printer. Well thats wrong. This printer does not work for a lot of people no matter whether you reinstall or what. it printed once and then quit printing and even then it took forever to print. I wont make the mistake of trusting the hp name again.
