Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Dear All,
I've everything (to my knowledge) to solve the problem of ERROR PRINTING but to no avail:
1.Disabling/Enabling the printer

2.Uninstalling/Installing anew

3.Changing the ports

4.Installing (new) driver
Please,help!!!
