Product: laserjet p2055dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have both mac and win 10 64bit pc, and the printer is set to ip 192.168.1.22, I have this setup for some time, but for some unknown reason, my printer cannot print from win10 anymore, but the mac is so far so good, I try to ping it from win10, but no ping detected. what might be wrong? and I cannot print from win10 anymore. how can i do try to use the usb cable connect on the pc and try to get it work, no luck too.

please help.
