my hp printer has had many issues over the years, but the latest is the last straw. i just upgraded my network to a high price multi AP system that has the same SSID across the network for a seamless service for my many users. but the printer does not like that.  i have found several thread with this same issue that people have started and apparently given up on with no real answer from hp. in my case, like many others i read on this forum, users have had many other wireless devices including hp laptops that have no issues with multiple APs with same name. but hp printer expert solutions are, forget about all other devices that have no problems with this set up, if you want this printer to work, you "should" give a unique name to each AP, or change the channels on AP's or even one that reads "connect the printer using a wire!" i restarted this thread to find out if hp has finally figured this out, or shall i join the rest of the users who posted on this forum and donate my hp and buy a cannon or brother wireless printer.
