Product: HP Color Laser Jet 3600 n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have down loaded the driver, Dot4x64. It appears the down load does not complete the configuration of the download. The computer recognizes the down load as installed but then the printer screen shows the driver has not been installed. I have tried to uninstall and repeat the down load but this has not solved the printer problem.
I have a second similar laptop which is able to print using this printer and driver. So I am able to confirm the printer should work on Windows 10.
Any suggestions?
