Product: HP 8600 Pro Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus has been working great. All of a sudden I got an "Ink System Failure" notice wit ha more detailed "There is a problem with the printer or ink system." I changed the cartridges and still have the problem. Is it a question of cleaning the printer heads? How do you do that? Or is there another problem?
