Samsung C480FW printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I'm installing my new Samsung C480FW printer without a CD by downloading all the drivers and software one by one from HP's website. I would be grateful if someone could confirm if this is the right way to do this. I started with the first driver on the list, C48x Series Print Driver. Should I download the second one too, C48x Series Print Driver(No Installer)? Or is it superfluous since I have installed the C48x Series Print Driver?

Driver nr 3 is the C48x Series Scan Driver. I assume I need this in order to be able to scan. The installing process was the same as before. I was asked if I wanted to configure the new printer. But the printer has already been configured when I installed driver number 1. I didn't want to continue - configuring the printer twice didn't seem right. But maybe it has to be configured again with each new driver....

Another question I had was whether I should download all the software too - 6 separate pieces. I assume I should. 4 of the are brand new - from August 3 2018.

I'd really appreciate your help with this.
