HP Recommended
Product: hp laserjet 3015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer is a HP LaserJet 3015.  The printer will print perfectly if you send a print job from a computer.  If I try to copy something or scan something the print is so light you can barely see it.   All drivers are installed and up to date.  I have run the cleaner and cleaned the glass like other post I have seen suggested.  None of it has fixed the problem
