HP Recommended

I've never been so frustrated with a printer before. it has been temperamental since I bought it, it will print, then it won't print. If I print from my phone, it then stops printing from my laptop. I've uninstalled, reinstalled it multiple times. I've downloaded the recommended drivers from the hp site and I'm still getting errors. Ihp printer.JPGdriver error_LI.jpgprinter status.JPGupdate.JPGno driver.JPG desperately need it right now as I am revising for my exams and need to print off papers. please can some help me? i keep going in circles trying to get it working.
