HP Recommended
Product: hp color laserjet pc 1215
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2003

my hp color laserjet pc 1215 cannot print black and white ( the black cartridge  new ) .

when you issue print command it print empty , nothing in on it . but when u make the text or documents in color it print.

 

i do not know why.

 

could you please help me to fix it ?
