Product: HP PageWide Pro 477DW Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just bought a new  HP PageWide Pro 477DW Multifunction Printer and spent 2 hours trying to connect to print wirelessly to my laptop with no luck.  Both definitely on same network...not 5G..just regular wifi.  I went to settings, add device and it would find the printer but woulnd't print...was in 'error'.  Also tried going to 123.hp.com/pagewide and followed the instructions and it 'couldn't connect to wireless...".  

Printer says it's connected to wireless network.  Also copies fine but couldn't print form my phone after downloading the HP app or from my laptop.  I run an office with 5 staff daily and they need to print!   Please help!
