Product: designjet HP 111
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We have an old HP designjet 111. Anytime we print plans/blueprints to it the ink drum goes across like it's printing. The page feeds through. Basically everything does what it should except that it comes out as a blank page.
We replaced the ink with new HP branded cartridges. No errors show on the printer. We've tried printing specific colors but no colors work at all. It looks like each color has it's own hose so I was thinking it could be thatever is pumping/pushing the ink out since it's the only single point of failure I can find that might cause this.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
