HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8630

Error message reads "there is a problem with the printer or ink system" and for the life of me I cannot get it to clear. I've turned in on and off, pulled plug, removed the inkjet housing and all the cartridges. Still, same message and can't do another thing. Please help?! TIA
