the problem is dead paper drive, and you cleaned all the rollers per the manual 10times or so. (so don't)
so now you see the rollers don't spin, well cleaning rollers sure does not make them spin, ever.
dead is dead. fix dead first. (gummy rollers shred paper or slip)
here is the actual steps (pure mechanics this)
1: you see on the right on the lower right side rear of paper loaded, see a single roller there, and a long chain of gear
that drive it. and if dead, as mine was, 100% dead, i then look at the main paper drive shaft, long from right to left.
2: i then look to make sure the shaft turns, (even spins just turned on !) and does not, Bingo dead main shaft.
3:last is the gear seen below left side, if that gear turns (motor and belts good) and the main shaft is dead, then
the gear below is busted,
4: in this conditions and super common, cleaning rollers is just whistling in the dark (wasted efforts and time)
saved mine from land fill. (and $200 loss of cash) a better gear is the cure and not sold.
best of luck to you all.
i did this first, to find why any shaft is dead. it is only 15minute work to reach here, (what is there to lose? it's dead)
last is here.
for those that are handy , here you go.
