Product: HP DesignJet 800 PS 42
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I update the HP firmware on my HP DesignJet 800 PS (new firmware version A_04.02).  Now the ON button flashed green and will not turn off the plotter.  The LCD screen on the plotter provides an image of the plotter with a flashing X on the right.  The plotter will do nothing not even turn off.  I cannot navigate the menu on the plotter.  I have moved the printer carriage to the center and this did nothing.  What would be the next step?
