Hi everybody,

 

after updating my printers(pagewide pro 477dw mfp) to the latest firmware the ink levels dropped in my monitoring solution(snmp v2).

For example black had a value of 1910 before the firmware update, afterwards 90. As far as I can tell the ink was not used for printing, or anything else. I have not compared my readings to the ink status page.

 

Now I am searching for release notes, or any other hints regarding this firmware update:

  • Printer: pagewide pro 477dw mfp
  • Productnumber: D3Q20B
  • Firmwareversion: MAVEDWPP1N001.1908C.00

 

Any idea where I can find more information about the firmware for this printer or what might have cased the change in ink levels?
