so, i just replaced both toners , printed 2 pages last night, easy peasy.  

tonight, (of course) every document i try to print results in a paper jam error.  i have tried to print emails, and PDF's- no luck, and the paper is not jammed. carriages move just fine, paper comes out perfectly once i hit the "ok" button" even if i do not take off the little carriage in the back- though yes, i have done that too.

to prove that to myself, i printed an alignment sheet from the printer- not a hiccup. 

turned it off and on, unplugged and waited... help!  i need to ship and work on holiday gifts!  anyone??
