HP Recommended
Product: hp laser jet p2015dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

Was getting low toner and paper jam lights staying On. Toner cartridge is less than 1 week old.

All working prior to yesterday; even though I have always received pc message that pc does not recognize usb device; it always printed anyway.

After some trouble shooting Low Toner light went Off.

 

Now only Paper Jam light is On and stays On no matter what I do.  To make matters worse, pc is not communicating with printer even though pc indicates printer is set up and ready to print.

What can be the problem(s)
