Product: HP Smartstream Designer
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I'm generating pdf417 barcodes in Smartstream Designer using the IDAutomation Barcode application in InDesign 2019. It is pulling in data from a .csv file that I imported into the Database. A few of the barcodes that are generated will not scan. The records that don't scan seem to be the ones with the longest amount of characters in the data. Are there any settings in the application or preferences that can be changed to fix the problem?
