HP COLOR LASER JET MFP M479FDW
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

M479fdw printer jam with z fold pressure seal check stock paper when sheet is 2/3 of the way in output bin.  Error code is 13.09.04.  I Tried various paper types, custom paper size, tray 1, tray 2, updated to latest firmware, rotated orientation 180 degrees and loaded paper 180 degree rotation with non-cohesive leading edge and jams 1/3 out of printer.  Tried flipping check stock over in tray to print on the back of check incorrectly as a test and sheet did not jam and exited fully into the output bin.

Other post on pressure seal paper jams with different printers mention issues with:

internal sensor due to perforation or solid black block section on the back of check as a check security feature

roller slipping and not fully registering creating sensor jam

Any help with suggestions on how to fix is greatly appreciated.
