Product: HP Photosmart c4580 all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

so, my printer is useless when any of the catridges breakdown right ? if thats the case , then i think HP is being fare to us, the users.... i think i have to buy a new printer from a brand that allows me to print  documents in black & white only, even if the tri-colour catridge is not available. this is awful from HP... im highly disappointed.
