HP Recommended
Product: hp prodesk 400 g7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just purchased hp prodesk 400 g7 i5 sff

Trying to register product with hp it does'nt recognise mt device bt let hp detect 

printer does nor print so have installed print and scan doctor from hp as this has resolved issues before the printer hp deskjet 3050

Device is recognised but no resolves are given Any ideas
