Product: elite 8000 cmt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I found an answer to my previous post. somehow the printing ink was changed from color to b/w. have no idea how. I transferred a web site to the preview screen and noticed the change. I always thought there was an issue with the printer or the ink. it never dawned on me to simply copy a color document to test it out. I was relieved to see a color copy. sorry for any inconvienence.
