HP Recommended
Product: deskjet 4155e
Operating System: iOS

Purchased the deskjet 4155e. It connected fine with my computer. It refuses to connect properly to my phone. Interestingly, I was able to print from my phone. I would think all was good, except for signing up for the Instant Ink program. That is where the HP Smart on my phone will not gather the information to connect my phone to the printer. 

 

Sure hoping you can help as the Virtual Assistant was less than helpful!
