Product: hp envy 5544
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is my 3rd hp printer and no response as yet from hp support -

When i buy them i am assured that they will take up to 280 photo paper and that the printer will take this weight of paper

however i am now sat again with another printer which will only take up to 130gsm matt photo paper - this is ridiculous - i have repeatedly asked hp why they dont state the maximum media weight on their printers - this is costing a small fortune - can anyone help with this - a suggestion for a suitable model that wont break the bank but prints on heavy gloss photo paper
