HP Recommended

Three  months ago i bought latex 335 printer from local agent in Kuwait ,they delivered on time and made installation ,software and settings but we had a repeated problem regarding colors . normally we are using canvas as printing media but there is a big difference between colors on soft copy picture and hard copy picture I contacted technical support many times to help me solving that problem they came around ten times over two months every time they assumed that the problem came from different reason like type of printing media so they had to change printing profile every time also they change software (rip-to-onyx) last time they asked me to get a new print head .I did but without any progress to solve the problem . at the end after two months they tried random printing profile and could manage to sole the problem .over two months till they solved the problem I lost a lot of money due to material , man power ,shop rental  and orders cancellation .

I tried to deal with local agent to compensate me for  these money and they reject and told me it is normal according to company policy . although the problem mainly came from technical support team. 

please help me to solve my problem.
