Product: samsung multixpress clx-9301 printer 
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

hello i have samsung multixpress clx-9301 printer 

one time in the startup the screen not showing any thing just the logo freeze and stop like  i press 1 2 3 together nothing happend i switch off the printer then remove the cable and switch on back  still the same
