HP Recommended

HP Envy 4500 printer.   I recently switched from Firefox to Chrome and during the 'settings process I must have altered some the 'printer' settings so now i have no print activity-it just doesn't do anything.  I went to HP Support site and tried to activate 'diagnostic and scan' site and received messages:  DDE server window: OSA.EXE-system error.  Virtual drive.exe-application error.   HPDiagnosticCoreUI.exe-system error..  The program can't start because Iertutill,dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

I  have a HP Pavilion Notebook PC .  5/6 years old I think.  Rwcently had  hard drive replaced.  I know just enough technology to mess things up when trying to fix things.
