HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY 5540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer says 'out of paper' but it has paper properly installed. 

Printing issues were recently resolved by a live support tech via remote connection but printer is not working. 

How can I connect to live tech support?
