Product: HP Laserjet 3052

Hi.

 

I am facing a problem with my HP laserjet printer 3052. I have software loading problem. When the printer is loading it hanged and do not any problem and the second problem i have face is that my printer show scanner bulb error it shows that "turn your printer off and turn on". when i did it i does not fix this problem. so i request you to tell me solution for this.
