HP Recommended
Product: HP Laserjet Pro 400M401n
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

My good old LaserJet that has been reliable since 2012 (yes!) is now printing not black but pixelated gray. I have shaken and reinserted the toner to no avail. Can anyone suggest a solution, please?
