Product: cp 1215
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is printing one color from Cartridge CB543A at another place as the rest of the colors. So I get a kind of magenta shade above the characters. How can I solve the problem that My printer doesn't print all the colors at the same place?
