I'm about ready to put this printer in the trash! I don't know how many times I've already uninstalled and reinstalled. I've spent a couple HOURS on the phone AND connected online to tech support. I have unplugged it from the wall and from the printer. I completely gave up the silly idea I had to use it with just my wifi because that certainly does not work. It might print once but if you go back an hour later it is not connected. I even discovered it has to be plugged directly into a wall socket, do not use a power strip. When I gave up on the wifi I got a cable and plugged it in via USB and it still will print one time if I unplug it from the wall and replug it in. Then just wait a few minutes and think you can just go print something else but you will NOT be able to. So how can I disconnect the wifi, I'm thinking that's still being a problem with it?
