Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got the error message "Remove and reinstall indicated printer cartridge. Make sure the cartridge is properly installed" all of the sudden. Its been more than a week, I have uninstalled/re-installed cartridge a multiple times, cleaned the cartridge with clean fabric as suggested in other threads with similar issue, restarted the printer. Nothing seem to resolve the issue. Once in a while, after multiple restarts, the printer prints a page and goes back to the same error mode again. Never had any issue with this printer before and I was in love with it until this started to happen. Please help.
