Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw

I purchased a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw in 2018.  On every color print job it prints red lines or dots spaced about an inch apart down the page. I don't have any problems with Black & White printing.  This has been going on for many months and I finally decided to try to do something about it. 


Any Suggestions?
