Product: hp envy 5030 all-in-one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was trying to put in my ink cartridges and some how I put the ink cartridges in the wrong way, or it got stuck (I can't remember) and the flap to keep the ink cartridges came off. I tried to snap it back on because it seemed simple and now both ink cartridges won't stay in place because either plastic or metal part has broken and my printer won't recognise my ink even if they sitting in the slots. Any idea if the parts can be replaced and how much it would cost?
