HP Recommended
Product: Samsung xpress c1860fw 2015
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Our printer (just got from my eldest son).  Prints ok, but the screen is stuck to white Samsung logo and "please wait" scrolling line under it.  The quick flash "U1 Communication error? Needs to be restarted." 

Done reboots- Long boots- factory boots etc according to several ways and no AC waiting times ...

- Newest  drivers and firmware to my Catalina Mac Book and olde table DC Windows 7

- prints ok via Usb wire (not WiFi)

- cleaned motherboards and connectors

- new battery

- even (baked) the motherboards 270C / 6 min.  No change

 

Where might the fault in connectionboard  be so that we could measure the board (or other circuits more precise)?

 

Im retired and do not need much the printer and has time to check.  Would be nice to fix and not to pile up the society garbage pile with almost healthy products 😉

 

Appreciation for expert replies.
