Product: Samsung Xpress C460W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone

 

My Samsung Xpress C460W (SL-C460W/SEE) needs a new Imaging unit.

I'd like to order one but my printer serial number isn't recognized by the HP system.

As the serial number is not recognised, I can't get in touch with HP Assistance.

The serial number starts with ZET.

 

So my printer will be soon out of order but I can't find a reference number for the part I need to order/change.

 

Does anyone knows how I can find the ref number and/or how I can get in touch with HP Assistance (I have an account)
