Product: HP Envy 5646
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just over the past few days I have been getting "splwow64.exe" when printing Microsoft Word & Excel documents from HP Envy laptop. However The printer works fine when printing the same documents from my other laptop and tablet. 

The error also comes up with the message "Word can't print due to a problem with the printer setup". However,  the printer works fine when using HP ePrint + JetAdvantage.

 

I have uninstalled and re-installed drivers but no joy. At the end of installation it says "drivers not available"
