Hello everyone, I've had my HP 7740 printer now for almost a year and can't figure out how to fix the issue of documents printing larger than they are set in my document when using the borderless printing option.

For example, today I wanted to print a custom sized envelope die from Illustrator. My artboard is set to 17in W x 11in H. The face of the envelope is 6in x 9in, but once you add in the top flap, side flaps, and back panel the total size comes out to roughly 12.85in W x 10.83H. I have plenty of extra space in the width but the height of the envelope gets very close to the edges--hence the need to print borderless.

In my print setting I choose my printer, and "tabloid borderless" for media size. I also double check that the printer/paper size is correct under the "Page Set Up" popup window. I have tried multiple scaling settings that include: "do not scale", or "custom" with 100% scale on the Height and Width.

Despite this, when the document prints out, it is larger than it appears on my document on screen, with the edges getting cut off. I also measured the image to verify and found that it's larger than how it is set up on my document.

The strange this is, it ONLY enlarges the document when printing in "borderless"--if I use actual size setting on regular tabloid paper size, it prints the correct size.

Ultimately, I need to be able to print my documents straight from InDesign or Illustrator, but I have also tried saving them as a PDF and printing from Acrobat using the "actual size" settings from there, which as not helped fix the issue either. Any help would be appreciated.
