Product: laserjet management mfp e82540

hello everyone! i have HP LaserJet Management MFP e82540, when i try to turn it on it stuck on step 6/8 and it's say to don't unplug the power, this may take a whole week while the printer stuck there, it doesn't turn on

 

i have updated firmware and nothing changes, and also i have tried to change the power source where it is connected nothing changed

 

i need your help guys! it is a new printer its worked for few days then its comes with this error
