Product: page wide pro 577dw
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hi i am rying to reset my printer but it say the feature has been lock by the person who set up this printer. i was the one who set this printer up and i do not remember i put in any password for the printer. is there any way i can reset the passowrd please
