HP Recommended
Officejet 7500 e910
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

webservices is not connecting on my Officejet 7500 E910.

It's not in this list: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05211712.

So that means it should be working, right?

I tried using google DNS 8.8.8.8

I have an IP outside the DHCP range.

I have rebooted router, printer, computer. also set printer back to factory setting, but can't seem to get it working. The HP  Print and Scan Doctor shows this info:

E-mailadress ePrint: Configured

registration status ePrint: Not registered

Reason registration status: None

ePrint: Disabled

Apps: Disabled

Mobile apps: Disabled

XMPP-connection status: no connection
